COMMUNICATION

Objective – to understand the needs of our club members and the Table Tennis Community and thereby improve all opportunities for communication with our sporting partners.

CLUB MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT

Objective – to manage the club to the aspirations of its Membership and Committee, and thereby develop and support the efforts of its members.

COACHING

Objective – to offer suitable coaching to enable members to progress and, if appropriate, represent the Club at all levels.

COMPETITION

Objective – to improve the opportunities for members to play competitions within Sycamore, at Local and National level.

SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY LINKS

Objective – to create and maintain links within Schools and the wider Table Tennis Community.

FINANCE

Objective – to review and assess the financial structure of the club in order to ensure the best use is made of all the Clubs current and future resources.
